This website is operated by CBS International doo Beograd, 11 Tadije Sondermajera, Belgrade, Serbia, on behalf of ourselves and our group companies ("CBS", "we", "our" or "us").
This Cookie Policy forms part of our Privacy Policy and should be read together with the Terms of Use. It explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on the Website. Visiting or continuing to browse the Website does not itself constitute consent to non-essential cookies or to processing that requires consent.
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer and are commonly used on the internet. There are various types of cookies which perform different functions, such as analyzing a user's browsing behavior or recording a user's navigation of a website so that when a user revisits that site, the site owner can present tailored options to the user based on the stored information about previous visits.
We use the cookies described in this policy to connect your visit with our CRM system and to understand how visitors use our Website, so that we can develop and improve the design, layout and functionality of the Website.
This website uses cookies that are set by us — including the cookie that remembers your choice — and by the service providers we work with to run the website, measure its use and advertise our services. This section explains which cookies we set, what each of them does and how long it stays on your device.
We group cookies into four categories: strictly necessary, analytics, marketing and functional. Strictly necessary cookies are used only where essential to provide a service you request, maintain security or remember your cookie choices. Other cookies and similar technologies require your prior consent for the relevant category. You may accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or select individual categories through Cookie Settings. Optional categories are off by default.
Google Tag Manager, which we use to deploy measurement and advertising tags, does not set cookies of its own. It only loads the tags listed below, and it loads them in line with the choices you make in the cookie banner.
Some providers do not publish a fixed duration for their cookies. Where that is the case, the duration in the table is marked with ≈ and shows the value set by the provider's own code. We check those values again whenever a provider changes its code.
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as setting your privacy preferences, or because our security provider needs them to protect the website from automated traffic. They do not store information that is used for advertising.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cbs-consent | CBS International | Stores your cookie choice, category by category, together with the time you made it, so that your choice is respected on your next visit. This is our own consent mechanism, set by us rather than by a third-party platform. | 1 year |
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare | Distinguishes human visitors from automated traffic and protects the website from bad bots. Set by Cloudflare, our CDN and security provider. | 30 minutes |
Analytics cookies help us understand visits, navigation and interactions so that we can improve the Website. They may use pseudonymous online identifiers, which can constitute personal data even if they do not contain your name. Analytics cookies are activated only with your consent; consent to analytics does not also constitute consent to advertising.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure Website use after you consent to analytics. It may process a cookie identifier, page views, interaction events, referring pages, browser and device information, language and approximate location. These data help us evaluate Website performance and improve its content. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or the contents of enquiry forms to Google Analytics.
The _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> cookies listed below support visitor and session measurement. Their default lifetime is two years, but settings, consent withdrawal and browser restrictions may shorten it; expiry can be refreshed on subsequent visits. Cookie lifetime is separate from the retention of data held in Google Analytics.
Google Analytics data may be processed by Google and its service providers outside Serbia, including in the United States. Please see the Privacy Policy for information about recipients, international transfers, retention and your rights. Google information: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. An additional browser opt-out tool is available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; it does not replace Cookie Settings.

Where the Website includes third-party videos, maps or chat features, those services may use cookies or similar technologies. Non-essential embedded content and its associated tracking are blocked until you consent to the relevant category. If you decline, the affected optional content may not be available, but the rest of the Website remains accessible. A functional label does not by itself make a cookie strictly necessary.

Some of the cookies listed above are set on our domain by a provider acting on our behalf. Others, such as those set by embedded maps and videos, are set by the provider on its own domain and we have no control over them. In both cases the provider's own privacy and cookie policy also applies:
Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Maps, reCAPTCHA), Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft (Advertising and Clarity), HubSpot, Cloudflare, Hotjar, Vimeo, Intercom.
Most web browsers will accept cookies, but if you would prefer that we did not collect data by this method, you can disable this function within your browser settings. If you want to delete any cookies that are already on your computer, please refer to the instructions for your web browser software to delete cookies and disable their use. Please note that if you disable cookies, the Website functionality may be impaired and you may not be able to access certain areas or features of our site.
For more information about cookies, including further information about deleting or disabling cookies, please visit: www.allaboutcookies.org.
When you first visit the Website, the cookie banner offers Accept all, Reject non-essential and Cookie Settings. Refusing is as easy as accepting. No non-essential cookie is set or read before consent to its category. You can revisit Cookie Settings through the footer at any time, and declining analytics or marketing does not prevent access to the main Website.
Google Analytics measurement tags are blocked until you accept analytics cookies. We use consent controls to communicate your choice to Google. Under this approach, no Google Analytics measurement requests, including cookieless measurement pings, are sent before analytics consent or after it is withdrawn.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the Website footer. Withdrawal stops further use of the affected optional technologies and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Previously stored cookies may remain until they expire or are deleted; you can remove them in your browser. The settings apply to the browser and device you use.
This policy may be updated from time to time.
