Cushman & Wakefield Expands Into Austrian Market With CBS International As Exclusive Affiliate

Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive affiliate agreement with CBS International to deliver commercial property services in Austria. The affiliate agreement builds upon an existing successful relationship between the two firms, with CBS International having been Cushman & Wakefield’s affiliate in Serbia and Montenegro since 2018 and Croatia since 2019.
CBS International, whose Group CEO is Dragan Radulovic, is an established business with around 400 employees. It will operate in Austria as Cushman & Wakefield CBS International, as it does in Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia.
It has established an office in Vienna’s 1010 district with a team of local market specialists and is delivering a range of brokerage and consultancy services. Led by Country Head, Thomas Schanda, the Cushman & Wakefield CBS International’s team in Austria also includes Capital Markets, Agency, Valuation & Advisory and Research & Insight specialists.

AmCham Serbia and CBS International, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group, jointly organized an exclusive Gala dinner in the luxurious surroundings of Dom Garde in Belgrade. This exclusive event brought together the members of the new Board of Directors, as well as the highest representatives of AmCham’s patron and corporate member companies.
