Following a highly dynamic 2025, marked by expansion and the opening of 11 new retail parks across Serbia, the first half of 2026 was less dynamic and characterised by a slower pace of development. Namely, only two retail parks were opened, in Becej and Paracin, totalling 12,300 sq m of GLA.
