As per the said document (General Regulation Plan for the city of Sabac), subject site is located within the working zone along the regional public road and is planned for commercial purposes. In our understanding, complementary purposes are logistics, trade, service, and various commercial activities. Industrial zones allow for industrial use but in our understanding, the subject zone is not planned for further industrial development.
