Built-to-suit option – from challenge to solution
In order to expand its production capacities in Serbia, the international paper and board packaging producer Balkan Paper Packaging Manufacture has chosen Subotica for its new location. Our Industrial and Land Agency team had the challenge to find the proper solution for the client as Subotica market lacked the suitable properties to meet the client’s requirements, therefore built-to-suit option was the best solution.
With our market knowledge and extensive expertise, we managed to find an investor-landlord who was able to build the property as per the needs and requirements of the tenant. The Balkan Paper company has leased 3,800 sq m on the long-term lease and this property will serve as the distribution center to supply its EU customers.
