We are proud to announce the extension of our Facility Management agreement with AFI Serbia, ensuring the continued provision of technical maintenance, security and professional cleaning services for two prime office projects in Belgrade: Skyline AFI Tower C & D (35,000 sq m) and Business Garden (16,000 sq m). This extension is a testament to the long-standing and trusted partnership we share with AFI Serbia, reflecting our commitment to excellence and high-quality facility management services. The agreements for providing services in the residential part of Skyline Belgrade project as well as in the 6-level underground garage are already in place, which bring to more than 100,000 sq m under our facility management across AFI’s portfolio. We look forward to continuing to ensure safe, efficient and welcoming environments for all AFI Serbia tenants and visitors.
