In the last few years, the residential real-estate market has experienced a complete transformation, mostly due to the influence of foreign investors who have introduced new trends on the market through the concept of residential complexes – condominiums, which have significantly changed the perspective of
modern housing.
Today, buyers are more educated when it comes to choose an ideal space for living so all aspects are considered in details, starting from the choice of an apartments in old or new building, to the quality of finishing works and additional facilities.
Condominiums, as unique and modern housing concept, are characterized by high standard of quality of construction and finishing works, and unique benefits in the form of additional facilities of the complex that offer customers special comfort. Life in a condominium becomes more and more popular thanks to the additional facilities that represent the key parameters that set these projects apart from the rest of the offer on the market.
The location has always been one of the crucial parameters in choosing the ideal space for living, because it meant consideration of all the advantages that a given location offers - from infrastructure and connections to different parts of the city, proximity to educational institutions, parks etc. Very often, it happened that during the process of buying apartment compromises were inevitable because apartments in a good location were not necessarily the most acceptable choice.
The huge popularity that condominiums have gained in just a few years since the appearance of the first such complex on the market, lies in the fact that in addition to high quality apartments designed to meet even the most demanding customer standards in terms of comfort, aesthetics and functionality, a unique concept od closed complex with the additional facilities, managed to overcome once insurmountable differences.
In addition to the location and offer of various apartment structures, condominiums represent more than a residential complex, providing many benefits provided exclusively for tenants: professional maintenance and security, reception, controlled access to the complex, 24/7 video surveillance, sufficient parking spaces, carefully designed green areas, private parks, children’s playgrounds, a pet corner, an outdoor gym and more.
In short - condominiums have become synonymous for comfort and family housing.
