Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverages company, has been operating in Serbia for 18 years, and has recently opened a completely renovated headquarters in Belgrade. Our Project Management team was engaged from the start and was heavily involved in all aspects of the process, from space selection, design monitoring and coordination, tendering procedures, furnishing and final touches. The project lasted one year – from February 2022 until January 2023, and was delivered within the initially set timeframe and budget, while implementing all of the Nestlé guidelines.

The office was designed to be inclusive, human-centered and interactive, while the unique interior design paid tribute to Belgrade and Serbian culture. Employee health and wellbeing were a priority, as well as the sustainability of the office space. The majority of the materials used were locally produced (Balkan area) and strictly follow LEED and WELL certification standards.

The design was done by A3 Architects, and the construction works by Studio M.
