13th Annual BELhospice Charity Ball

The main goal of this charity night was #fundraising for the further work of the BELhospice Centre for Palliative Care for free home care for oncology patients and their families, as well as to ensure the sustainability of the Hospice Day Centre in Belgrade.
This humanitarian event was supported and attended by TRH Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine. Many diplomats and representatives of the largest domestic and foreign companies operating in Serbia attended this event. CBS International Serbia is proud to be the part of such amazing initiative.
BELhospice is the first specialized #charity organization in Serbia that provides palliative care to cancer patients during the last phase of their illness, as well as the care for children with life-limiting illnesses.

New Residential complex Voždov kvart

Obuća Metro has been operating successfully on the Serbian market for more than 30 years, and today it has over 100 stores in Serbia, and they have also expanded to the markets of Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro. CBS International Retail Agency team assisted in finding the location for their new store, which is located in the Petica residential complex in New Belgrade.

NOVA Retail Park Kula

The construction of the new retail scheme has commenced in Kula municipality. Nova Retail Park Kula will cover an area of 18,000 sq m, of which 15,800 sq m will be dedicated for lease. Opening of Nova Retail Park Kula is planned for June 2024.
Investor of the project is Go Shop company which also develops retail parks in Ruma and Ub. CBS International Serbia is Exclusive Leasing Representative for all Nova Retail Parks.
