Srdjan Teofilovic, Partner | Head of Capital Markets & Investor Services Serbia and Andrea Karlovic, Head of Valuation and Development Advisory Croatia, attended MIPIM 2024 in Cannes, France. The world’s leading real estate event provided our colleagues with a unique opportunity to connect with key players and industry experts from across the globe. During their time at MIPIM Srdjan and Andrea engaged in discussions, attended seminars, and networked with fellow professionals, gaining invaluable knowledge about the latest developments shaping the international real estate market.

It is a pleasure to announce that the first lease acquisition has been signed and that around 30% of the commercial annex D has been leased to a renowned domestic engineering and manufacturing company Termovent, with an assistance of CBS International Office Agency team.

Decathlon, famous sports apparel brand, has successfully secured a new location in Djordja Stanojevica Street in New Belgrade, with the help of our CBS International Retail Team. The new store will be settled across 4,000m2 in Roda Centre and is expected to be opened end of November 2020.
