The warehouse facility is positioned in an excellent logistical position in Jakovo, less than 300m from the connection to the Miloš Veliki highway, through which New Belgrade can be reached in just a few minutes. It is less than 15 km from Nikola Tesla Airport. The property (storage-production facility) has an area of 3600m2, of which 2400m2 of storage space and about 500m2 of office space. It is possible to divide the building into smaller units (900m2+900m2+600m2). The facility is built from prefabricated concrete structures and metal panels. The height is in the range from 6m to 9m. The floor is made of ferro concrete. The complex has its own transformer station with a power of 200 kW, of which 160 kW is available for user. The warehouse has four (4) industrial doors measuring 4m x 4m. The area around and in front of the building is paved. Entire complex is fenced and under video surveillance.
