Brankov BC is an office building on the corner of Carica Milica and Zeleni Venac streets, with a total area of about 10,000 m2 intended for renting office space. The building consists of the main tower (basement, ground floor and 13 floors) and the annex to Brankova Street (basement, ground floor and five floors). This office building is currently being renovated, and the completion of works on the facade, complete renovation of the building and moving in of the first tenants is planned for Q2 2022.
