GTC X will have a total gross construction area of ​​about 31,700 m2, distributed on 10 above-ground and three underground floors (3Po + Pr + 8 + Te). With an interesting architectural idea in the design of the building, with a broken facade and the intersection of two tracts basically in the shape of the letter X, the authors wanted to create an ambience of a workspace rich in natural lighting. The ground floor has a double-height hall, a conference room, a restaurant and office space.\nOn 8 floors there is a modern office space, which is designed on the principle of "open space", high quality finishing works with a height of 2.80 m and the possibility of space organization and interior design to be desired by the user. Parking needs are solved on three levels of the underground floor with 330 parking spaces. Project X, like all previous GTC projects, has been designed and will be executed in accordance with the prestigious GOLD LEED certificate, an internationally recognized certification program for the construction of energy-efficient buildings.
