Navigator Business Center II is the second phase of the existing Navigator business building. It is being built according to LEED standards of green building; and will be a modern A-class office building with 27.000 m2 of office space for rent with 3 levels of underground garage with 500 parking spaces. Various facilities will be available to future tenants, including a restaurant, kindergarten, hairdresser, bank, etc. The building is located in the central business zone of New Belgrade and is well connected with other parts of the city, highway and bridges.
