The construction of the new retail scheme has commenced in Kula municipality. Nova Retail Park Kula will cover an area of 18,000 sq m, of which 15,800 sq m will be dedicated for lease. Opening of Nova Retail Park Kula is planned for June 2024.
Investor of the project is Go Shop company which also develops retail parks in Ruma and Ub. CBS International Serbia is Exclusive Leasing Representative for all Nova Retail Parks.
