CBS International Serbia organized a Real Estate Conference focused on the market trends and future development of the real estate sector in Serbia, called Shaping the Future of Real Estate. The event was held on October 19th at the Hilton Hotel and gathered a large number of our valuable clients and companies who shape the world of real estate in our market.
The Conference consisted of 2 panels – the first one focused on the real estate sector specifics to bring together and connect different types of businesses. The speakers were Igor Stebernak, Advisor to the Executive Board, NLB Komercijalna banka, Aleksandra Čupić, Head of Real Estate Department, Erste Bank, Milica Golubovic, Vice President for Marketing and Real Estate, Delhaize Serbia, Acim Leon Pantelic, CEO, We Share and Sasa Popovic, Co-Founder & CEO, Vega IT with moderator Nenad Suzic, Regional Head of Valuation and Development Advisory at CBS International.
In the second panel, moderated by Goran Zivkovic, Managing Director of CBS International, audience had the opportunity to hear more about the newest trends in the office, retail and industrial property market segments from the key investors on the market, Pinar Yalcinkaya, CEO of MPC Properties, Angelina Nekic, CEO of Delta Real Estate & Vice President of Delta Holding and Petar Kolognat, Business Development Director at CTP Serbia.
