The Imel Group company has started the development of a multifunctional business complex “Green Escape” in New Belgrade’s block 51 on Bezanijska kosa, right next to the highway and not far from the Bezanijska loop. The project is being built in three phases, with a total planned area of over 65,000 sq m. Exclusive lease and sales representative of complex Green Escape is CBS International, a part of Cushman & Wakefield Group.
