In Belgrade and its wider industrial area (Pecinci and Stara Pazova), no new completions were recorded in the first half of the year, keeping the total modern industrial stock at 3,230,364 sq m of GBA, while Belgrade alone accounts for 1,524,411 sq m of GBA.
