The Hyde Park City business park is part of the Beograd – Centar main railway station complex, which will become a part of Belgrade Metro network in the future. The business park consists of eight Class A office buildings with access from a plateau raised above street level and separated from the main access to the train station. The first two office buildings that are currently under construction offer approximately 8,500 sq m GLA, modern office space and represent a combination of functionality, spaciousness and natural, green surroundings that make them an ideal place for quiet and productive work. Completion of the construction of this complex is planned for Q3 2024.
