C&W CBS International have been working with Nordeus on their real estate requirements in Belgrade for the past three years. In 2018, there was a requirement for stand alone office building to relocate and expand Nordeus exsisting premises and fully adapt them to macht requiremenst of the company.
\nCBS International Office Brokerage Team on behalf of the client, guided the process with the investor from the very beginning: identification of Nordeus’ requirements, market research, presentation of potential options and final commercial-legal negotiations that resulted in the lease agreement signing.
\nSupervising all phases of building from planning and design, through preparation and execution of construction, to final close-out and delivery of the project. Assistance in defining the detailed design brief to fully meet Client\u2019s requirements; Monitoring detailed design preparations according to Client\u2019s requests; Survey and monitor the contract of construction company; Monitor preliminary time schedule and construction progress; Project progress reporting on a weekly level; Tracking the budget; Providing quality control and on-time delivery of the Project; Coordinate and arrange all improvements to the Project made by or at the request of Client; Execution of handover of the premise with snag list and close out of the project; Budget close out \/ payment tracking; Move Management.<\/p>\n
