IQ Business Center is the new Class A office building located at one of the most prominent corporate locations in Novi Sad. The space is organized on 12 floors, with a typical floor plate of cca 500 sq m, that could be divided into two units of cca 250 sq m. The office building is being built in accordance with the highest international energy efficiency certification – a prestigious LEED Gold Certificate.
