Following a strong expansion in 2024, development of retail parks accelerated further in 2025. A total of 11 new retail parks were completed, adding 127,000 sq m of modern retail space. Q4 saw a completion of new retail parks in Bor, Sabac, Sid, Smederevo, Arandjelovac and Pozega.
