Warehouse-industrial complex in the suburban Belgrade municipality of Barajevo. The complex is located about 25 km from the center of Belgrade, 15 km from the highway and the ring road around Belgrade, 2.5 km from the center of Barajevo. It is in the immediate vicinity of the railway station and the distance to the Ibarska highway is about 5 km. The industrial-warehouse complex consists of the main building and several auxiliary buildings and is located on a plot of 16.7 ha. The main building consists of a production and storage area of ​​15,000 m2, a basement warehouse of 5,000 m2. The administrative space has a total area of ​​2,794 m2, partially renovated, and the purely office part has a completely renovated area of ​​1,200 m2. The entire building is made of reinforced concrete and steel construction. The main hall has a rectangular shape (dimensions 150mx100m) with a large grid between the supporting columns from the central part, which allows better use of space. The floor is industrial ferroconcrete with high load-bearing capacity. The facility has manipulative entrances/exits (3 on one side and 3 on the other side) and it is possible for trucks and tow trucks to pass through the hall itself. The clear height of the hall is about 7.5 m, and the basement warehouse is 10 m. The storage and basement parts are connected by a freight elevator with a capacity of 5 tons. The complex is equipped with all necessary infrastructure. There is 3 mW of electricity available (own transformer station), gas boiler room, internal hydrant network with power supply tanks (6x40m3), PP central, video surveillance, alarm systems. The complex has two drainage systems, two waste water treatment stations, as well as a license to carry out activities. The complex is fenced with a gatehouse and security. The land is in the right of use. It is owned by a legal entity.
