Trinity Park Offices are a part of a complex featuring three buildings, Hotel Hyatt Regency Novi Sad Park, and two Office buildings (Building B and C) that offers prime Class A office space with the privilege of using first-class hotel facilities, as well as 300 parking places in the underground garage.

Trinity Park Offices will be a unique and truly inspiring place to work, where future tenants are offered a “tailored approach” to the design and fit-out of office space.

The typical floor plan in Building B is approx. 1,000 sq m and in Building C is approx. 1,300 sq m, offering possibility of dividing the office space according to the tenants needs, into 2 or 3 functional office units.

The entire project was designed in accordance with the highest international green building standards and currently very important requirements for energy efficiency and CO2 emission reduction, which qualifies Trinity Park Offices to become a LEED certified complex upon completion of the construction.
